Delivery Policy

Fitness Course uses WooCommerce for the public storefront, cart, and checkout. After payment is confirmed, eligible online courses can be accessed through Tutor LMS, the learning dashboard, My Account, or the delivery email for the order.

WooCommerce checkout and Tutor LMS access

  • Customers browse and pay through the WooCommerce shop, product categories, cart, and checkout.
  • Tutor LMS is used as the post-purchase learning area, not as the main public catalog.
  • After checkout, access may appear on the thank-you page, in My Account, in a delivery email, or inside the Tutor learning dashboard when the order is ready.

When delivery happens

  • Some products are delivered immediately after purchase, while others can require manual processing or upload time.
  • Depending on the product, delivery may happen immediately or within the timeframe shown on the product page.

How delivery works

  • Digital products can be delivered by downloadable files, secure links, cloud storage access, or account-based delivery.
  • You should use a valid email address at checkout so Fitness Course can send order updates, download instructions, or access invitations.

How to check your order

  • You can review your account orders page to see your order number, status, and delivery details when that feature is enabled.
  • If an order is marked processing, delivery is still being prepared. If an order is marked completed, your product should already be available.

Important delivery notes

  • Please double-check your email address before payment to avoid delays.
  • Delivery time can differ between products, especially when access must be organized manually or through a third-party platform.
  • If you cannot find your delivery email, also check spam or promotions folders before contacting support.

Delays and failed delivery

  • If delivery is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, Fitness Course may request extra information to verify the order and complete access safely.
  • If delivery cannot be completed because the customer entered the wrong email, blocked follow-up messages, or failed to provide required setup information, support may ask for updated details before re-sending access.

Delivery methods, product scope, and compatibility

  • Delivery may happen through downloadable files, secure links, cloud folders, account access, or manual fulfilment depending on the product. The usual delivery target is within 24 hours unless the product page states otherwise.
  • Customers should review the file format, language, platform requirements, and product scope before checkout. Bonus communities, coaching, memberships, or private portals are only included when the product page says they are.

Support for missing access

  • If you cannot find your delivery, first check your inbox, spam folder, and account order area. Then contact [email protected] during Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 with your order number and screenshots.
  • Pre-order, sourced-on-demand, or manually arranged items may need extra time before access can be completed.
