Customer guide
How Reviews, Requests, Group Buy, and DMCA work
Use these pages to evaluate social proof, request new products, join active demand, and report copyright issues with a clear workflow.
Reviews
See what customers already think
The Reviews page shows recent feedback, average ratings, and new submissions in one place.
- Browse the review summary and latest comments.
- Sort reviews to find the newest or strongest feedback.
- Submit your own review if the form is enabled for your account.
New reviews can enter moderation before they go live.
Requests
Ask for the next product or course
The Requests page collects customer demand so the site can see what should be added next.
- Search existing requests before creating a new one.
- Open a request to vote or follow the discussion.
- Send your own request when the item is missing.
Popular requests can later feed the Group Buy dashboard.
Group Buy
Track demand that is ready to convert
The Group Buy page highlights the most active requests and can link them directly to checkout.
- Use the filters to switch between card and list view.
- Open details or the original request to understand the demand.
- Click Join group buy to follow the buy-now flow when a product is linked.
Some group buys stay in demand tracking mode until an admin links a product.
DMCA
Report content that needs legal review
The DMCA page lets rights holders submit copyright complaints for admin review.
- Fill in the ownership and evidence details carefully.
- Submit the report and keep a copy of the information you provided.
- Wait for the moderation team to review, draft, restore, or close the case.
Reported content can be temporarily moved to draft while the admin checks it.
Before you buy
Check what is included before checkout
Read the product description, delivery notes, supported access method, and any prerequisite information before you place an order.
- Review the product page carefully, including included files, support notes, and access scope.
- Check the delivery timing and whether access is instant or manually arranged.
- Save the support email so you know where to ask for help after checkout.
A clear product description and policy pages reduce support delays and refund disputes.
After checkout
Confirm delivery and keep your order details
After payment, check your inbox, spam folder, and account order page so you can confirm access quickly.
- Look for the order confirmation and delivery email.
- Open your account order history if your store provides it.
- Contact support with your order number if the delivery window has passed.
Using the same email for checkout and support helps the team verify your order faster.
Delivery and access
Know where your files, links, or account access will appear
Digital delivery may appear by email, inside your order history, in a download area, or through manually arranged access depending on the product.
- Check the expected delivery window: {delivery_window}.
- Review the file format, platform requirements, and any setup notes before ordering.
- If access has not arrived after the stated window, contact support during {support_hours} with your order number and screenshots.
Wrong email addresses, blocked follow-up messages, or missing setup information can slow delivery.
Product scope
Understand what is included and what may stay excluded
Many digital products include the core learning materials only, while bonuses, communities, live calls, coaching, or memberships may be excluded unless the product page says otherwise.
- Read the inclusion and exclusion notes on the product page.
- Check whether future updates, community access, templates, or private portals are listed as included.
- Ask support before paying if a missing bonus or language requirement matters to your purchase decision.
Use the same support email {email} for pre-sale questions so the team can answer consistently.
