What You’ll Learn In RPR Level 3 Bundle
Level 3: Foundations
This course provides an introduction to the core concept behind Level 3 – the Muscle Jumpstart. Follow along as Chris teaches you how to perform the Tissue Optimization Test to pinpoint problem areas within specifc muscles and how to bring them back online. This is the first course in the Level 3 Certification is a prerequisite for all other Level 3 courses.
Level 3 Deep Core Function & Stabilization
In this course we deep dive the muscles of the core, exploring recruitment patterns and function, along with learning how to optimize these muscles for speed, efficiency, and performance. This is the second course in the RPR Level 3 Certification.
Level 3 Propulsion: Lower Body
This course explores the biomechanics of the lower body, and how to facilitate the proper interrelationships between bones to create maximum force generation through the muscles. This is the third and final course in the RPR Level 3 Certification.
