Harbert Egberts – Heavy Clubs SIX 2
Welcome to Heavy Clubs SIX Level 2. The next six-week workout program for Heavy Clubs, Persian Meel, or Clubbell training. This course is the next level for anyone who has completed Heavy Clubs SIX Level 1 and wants to expand their skills and understanding.
About Heavy Clubs SIX 2
In six weeks, you’re going to expand your knowledge, skill, and physical capability using heavy clubs. At this next level, the goal is to introduce more complex movements and combinations that can be performed with clubs. Progressing through the structure of Level 1 has given you a solid foundation for flowing with heavy clubs, and this course builds directly on that base.
Heavy Clubs SIX Level 2 is designed as a stand-alone course; however, the tempo and complexity may be challenging for someone who has not completed SIX Level 1 beforehand.
Heavy Clubs SIX Level 2 will take you through six weeks (or stages), each containing three workouts that all work toward a final flow. Every week, complexity increases through the introduction of new exercises, combinations, and flows. Throughout the course, you’ll develop advanced club skills and work toward more demanding movements involving 2 Count Swings, Asynchronous Swings, and Arm Extensions.
Benefits
Heavy Clubs SIX Level 2 will greatly improve your proficiency with heavy clubs, taking you to an advanced level of club flow. The course develops coordination and skill alongside the endurance and strength required to swing clubs for extended periods. The workouts are elaborate, intense, and designed to challenge you.
As you progress through the course, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of mobility, posture, and body mechanics during both static and dynamic movements. What makes this course unique is its strong emphasis on single-arm club work. You’ll learn the skills you’ve seen Harbert use in complex club flows, taught through a carefully structured pathway that unlocks these abilities step by step.
Each workout will have a separate follow along video. After have practiced the exercises in the educational video, you can press and play on the workout video and you can follow along with Harbert as he goes through the particular workout.
Difficulty
This six-week workout program is labeled advanced, as it quickly dives into complex variations and flows. We highly recommend completing Heavy Clubs SIX Level 1 before starting this course to ensure you have the necessary experience and technical foundation.
Throughout the weeks, complexity increases rapidly. No matter your experience level, this course will challenge you. You’ll learn movements you’ve never performed before and encounter them in entirely new contexts. This is a unique opportunity to experience true skill mastery.
Length
SIX says it all—six weeks or stages is the minimum time needed to move through this course. That said, experience with previous six-week programs shows that some participants spend several months revisiting the material to fully master it. This is not easy content and requires significant repetition.
Think of the program as six stages you can return to multiple times, using clubs of different weights or shapes, discovering new details and refinements each time.
