Strength in Motion Winter Programming
This 8 week training program is designed to help you restore your joy and confidence in movement and exercise. It is specifically designed for those in pain or coming off injury. Every exercise offers “pain tips” and lateralizations to make sure you are getting the most out of every workout while still meeting yourself where you are at in your current capacity or recovery.
To be successful and optimize everything this program has to offer, it is recommended clients have access to a bench and kettlebells or dumbbells.
