Kettlebell Domination is a progressive 5 week kettlebell training program designed for the intermediate to advanced kettlebell enthusiast. Benefits include fat loss, strength, conditioning, and improved kettlebell performance.
The style used is “hardstyle” kettlebell technique.
The user should know how to perform the following exercises: the hardstyle kettlebell swing, the get-up, the goblet squat, the military press, the clean, and the snatch.

If the status is Completed: Your course is ready for immediate download. Click "VIEW" to view details and download the course.
Where can I find my course?
Once your order is complete, a link to download the course will automatically be sent to your email.
You can also get the download link by logging into your Courseforjob account then going to Downloads Page.
