For the first time ever, the wisdom of the Shaolin Temple is brought directly to your home. The exercises you’ll learn are the very same techniques taught to monks as they begin their journey at the legendary Shaolin Temple of Zen in China.
Shaolin forms are rooted in nature, enhancing balance, agility, and coordination. As adults, we lose much of our natural flexibility. These dynamic movements reactivate our body’s innate abilities while stimulating the brain and forging new neurological pathways. Requirements For Learning:
- You must be 16+ ( if younger you need adult supervision)
You will need:
- a space the size of a yoga mat to practice.
- 60 – 90 minutes, 5 days a week.
- A bamboo brush
