WHAT TO EXPECT
Each program is designed to ensure you accomplish your goal as quickly and as safely as possible.
- Day 30
Expect noticeable improvements in strength and muscle endurance. Your chest, back, and legs will show early signs of growth and definition as you adapt to the volume and intensity of the PPL cycles. - Day 60
By now, muscle mass will have increased significantly. Strength gains will be visible in compound lifts, and muscle fullness and definition will increase, particularly in the upper body. Hypertrophy will be evident. - Day 90
At the end of the program, your physique will have transformed with visible hypertrophy in all major muscle groups. Significant muscle size and definition will be seen, especially in the chest, back, arms, and legs. Strength will continue improving.
