The Sore Joint Solution is run by husband and wife team, Geoff & Courtney Neupert.

Geoff is a Strength & Conditioning Coach, fitness educator, author, and presenter, with over 30 years of industry experience, coaching and training all types of people from all walks of life: Middle, high school, college & pro athlete, Average Joe’s & Jane’s, and even members of the US Special Forces community. He overcame 25 years of chronic, bilateral knee pain.

Courtney is a licensed Physical Therapist who holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Duke University with a specialty in Outpatient Orthopedics. She was a scholarship athlete and co-captain of the Rutgers University Women’s Volleyball Team who graduated with Highest Honors with a BS in Exercise Physiology.
