Pain to Performance is a comprehensive course designed for personal trainers and physiotherapists who want to expand their skillset and confidently work with clients across the pain to performance spectrum.

Module 3 Driving Performance via Physiological Adaptations (Dr. Martin Refalo)

Our Presenters

Dr. Martin Refalo has a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, and a PhD in Exercise Science. This academic journey highlights his commitment to learning, love for self-development, passion for sharing knowledge with the wider community, and eagerness to make original contributions to knowledge through research.

Dr. Jarrod Hall (PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS) career bridges clinical excellence, scholarly teaching, pain science, and clinical mentorship. After earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in May 2014, Jarod pursued board certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Finn-Tore Camacho Bjørnsand’s career spans continents and disciplines. From guiding everyday individuals toward healthier lifestyles to supporting Olympians and national team athletes, Finn-Tore brings a deep, practical understanding of high-performance environments and rehabilitation.
